There is a 11-member Board of Directors who will plan, execute and monitor activities of FOMAA Help Line. In Kerala, we have appointed one or more volunteer coordinators in each district. Anyone can become a Member of FOMAA Help Line Donor Network by an online contribution of a minimum of $50 towards this charitable mission.Only Members of this Network are allowed to submit deserving help requests. Once requests are submitted online to the Board of Directors with proper supporting documents, the Board will review the help request. Requests that receive over two-thirds approval (minimum 7 votes) in the Board of Directors will be submitted to the appropriate Field Coordinator/s from the respective area for verification.

All documents, collection details, copy of DD, acknowledgement form from beneficiary and any other documentation regarding each help request will be uploaded on to the web site. Each member should be able to login to the system, be able to control how their contribution will be disbursed to different help requests and see the full history of their account on the web site at any time. We envision that, this model with total transparency, least overhead expenses and relatively smaller contribution amounts required from each member, will encourage all helping minds to become members of this Donor Network.
